Claudia Arcabascio is the owner of Claudia’s Heavenly Flans & Cakes. Her flans and cakes are natural, with no chemicals or additives, made with the finest ingredients she can find. Just like when she made them at home.

Where it started
As a child, Claudia watched her mom cook and put magic into the food she served. Eating at home was a real feast. Her mom always used the best and finest ingredients she could find.
Her mom learned from her own mother, Claudia’s grandmother, who ran a little bistro in France after the war. Later she learned the flavors of northern Italy from Claudia’s other grandmother, who moved to Venezuela after the war.
“That’s how I grew up, with a mixture of flavors and cultures.”

Three desserts from three countries gave Claudia the idea for her flan.
Cakes at nine
Claudia made her first cakes when she was nine years old. Her dad was her biggest fan. He bought her cake pans and ingredients to see how her cakes and dishes would turn out.
She has always loved the kitchen. Whenever she could, she made banquets for her family and friends. Over the years she became famous among them for her flans and cakes, and no party was complete without them.
Her family and friends encouraged her to share her recipes with the world. Thanks to them, Claudia’s Heavenly Flans & Cakes was born.
