Our story
Claudia grew up in a kitchen full of French, Italian and Venezuelan cooking. She baked her first cake at nine years old, and she has been baking for the people she loves ever since.
Flan, or quesillo, comes from Venezuela. Crème brûlée comes from France. Panna cotta comes from Italy. These three desserts gave Claudia the idea for her Heavenly Flan.
Soon no party with her friends and family was complete without her flans and cakes. They asked her to share her recipes, and that is how Claudia’s Heavenly Flans & Cakes began.

How to order
Pick the flavor and the size in our online shop. For a wedding or birthday cake, send us an enquiry first.
At checkout you choose the day and the time you want to pick up. Pickup times: Tuesday to Saturday, 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM (Saturday until 4:30 PM).
Collect your order at our kitchen on US 19 N in Clearwater. All orders are pickup only.
