Claudia bakes custom cakes, flans and cupcakes by hand, from scratch, with GMO-free ingredients. Our bakery is in Clearwater, across Old Tampa Bay from Tampa. Many of our customers drive over from Tampa for a birthday cake, a wedding cake or a sugar-free dessert.
We are a pickup-only bakery. We do not deliver and we have no shop in Tampa. From downtown Tampa, the drive to our bakery is about 30 to 40 minutes over the Courtney Campbell Causeway. Traffic can change this.

Our story
Claudia grew up in a kitchen full of French, Italian and Venezuelan cooking. She baked her first cake at nine years old, and she has been baking for the people she loves ever since.
Today Claudia makes every cake by hand in our Clearwater kitchen. She uses the best ingredients she can find, with no chemicals or additives, the same way she bakes at home.
Tampa is just across the bay. For a cake made by hand, with ingredients you can trust, the short drive over the causeway is worth it.

You pick the day and the time at checkout. Please order at least 1 day ahead.
